We operate as a federated institute with a core and a globally distributed fellowship working on foundational limits, machine reasoning, and emergence. The output is not commentary, but new formalisms, new evaluations, and new intellectual instruments.

We translate frontier ideas into decision environments: governance, standards, safety cases, and long-horizon strategy for states, institutions, and high-consequence organisations. When required, we deliver private briefings, consultancy, think tank and advisory engagements, but only where the problem is genuinely non-trivial and the stakes justify the rigour.
